The aim of SoliBay is to help Nigerians in selected cities, procure things they need, and also be of help in getting rid of any of their possessions they don’t need any longer; Vehicles, Houses, Lands, Vessels…..you name it. Procurement, offloading is our thing.

HOW IT WORKS
1. You tell us what you need or what you want to offload.
2. We get the product for you, or a buyer.
3. Buyer inspects the product or you do (as the case may be)
4. Payment is made, and our commission is transferred simultaneously.
All products must be inspected carefully before payments are made, as refunds are not entertained.
There are no initial fees, we work on the 5-10% broker’s commission, which is only due at the end of the deal, when it has been concluded successfully.
If the value of product being sold is:
Equal to or less than N399,999, we charge 10% of the total value.
Less than N 999,999 but greater than or equal to N400,000, we charge 7%
Less than N20,000,000 but greater than or equal to N1,000,000, we charge 5%
Higher than N20m is open to negotiation.
Hybrid options are also available, and are preferred in some cases.
We also offer consultation services, but this is dealt with on a case by case basis.
